Frederick Gaudette, a NHAPA alumni, has experience performing a variety of classical, contemporary, and modern dance works by a wide variety of choreographers. He has experience as a performer, teacher, director, and choreographer, and uses these talents to enhance the work of his students. Fred received his bachelor’s degree in dance and liberal arts with a focus on dance performance and pedagogy from Stephens College, and continues to study in the San Francisco Bay Area with Augusta Moore, Enrico Labayan, Ronn Guidi, and Yannis Adoniou. He has performed with the Petaluma City Ballet, Liss Fain Dance, and Oakland Ballet, has taught ballet for Ballet Petit and Oakland Ballet and has worked as a guest choreographer and teacher for Estrada Dziecieca. Presently, Fred works as the Rehearsal Director and Guest Choreographer for Labayan Dance in San Francisco and is the founding director of niebieski (blue) dance theater in Oakland, California.
